Refund Policy

At Bon Aircon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality air conditioning services and transparent pricing.

1. Service Bookings

  • Once a service has been confirmed and scheduled, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to qualify for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount

2. Completed Services

  • Refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed, except in cases of proven service defects or billing errors.

  • If an issue arises after service completion, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your concern and, if necessary, offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Product Purchases (if applicable)

  • Refunds or replacements are available for defective parts or products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a service issue, please email support@bonaircon.com.sg with your service date, invoice number, and a brief explanation.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
