Refund Policy
At Bon Aircon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality air conditioning services and transparent pricing.
1. Service Bookings
Once a service has been confirmed and scheduled, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount
2. Completed Services
Refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed, except in cases of proven service defects or billing errors.
If an issue arises after service completion, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your concern and, if necessary, offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Product Purchases (if applicable)
Refunds or replacements are available for defective parts or products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a service issue, please email support@bonaircon.com.sg with your service date, invoice number, and a brief explanation.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
